OHM Medical Product Sales Policy

Payment Terms

• Terms are “Net 10” (“Net 30” for Sub-Distributors).

• Extended payment terms can be considered.

• We do not accept credit cards or Paypal on International Orders. Wire Transfers are accepted. 

Returns & Exchanges

  • If you are not pleased with your order, you may return it to us for a refund, exchange, or replacement when you notify us within 7 days of delivery. The refund amount does not include shipping and handling charges. For a refund of purchase price, items must be unopened, in new condition, and returned in original shipping containers.

  • Please do not return the product in its original manufacture’s box. Please place the product in another container or wrap it. Any tape or writing on the manufactures box is considered damaged.

  • In order to return your product, please contact OHM Medical’s Sales Representative via email at: info@ohmmedical.com to receive a Return Authorization Number. We will refund standard shipping charges if there is a defect in the merchandise. Returns must be complete with parts, accessories, manuals, etc. Products with defects caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or not reading and adhering to operating instructions are not covered under this policy. We will refund shipping costs on items that we determine to be defective.

  • We guarantee any products purchased from OHM Medical Training Services Inc. for up to 30 days from the date the order was shipped from us. We cannot accept returns on products that are opened or used. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.

  • It is up to the customer to pay for all shipping returned items. However, if the product was damage through transport, OHM Medical Training Services Inc. will cover the shipping cost

    • Note: Product is considered “unused” if in it’s original packaging. This includes batteries and pads, all accessories, as well as AED units.

  • We withhold the right to refuse a refund on International Orders paid by Credit Card or PayPal. 

Upgrades
  • If you need to upgrade your software/hardware on any of your AEDs, simply call OHM Medical’s Sales Representative or info@ohmmedical.com for assistance.

Warranty Exchange
  • If a customer with a product still under warranty and they think it needs to be exchanged, please call OHM Medical’s Sales Representative or info@ohmmedical.com. We can step them through the warranty process from here. Please do not send us back anything without contacting OHM Medical’s Sales Representative or info@ohmmedical.com first.
